Our Story

For over a century, we’ve been at the forefront of Power Transmission and Speed Control technologies. Established in 1911, Crossman Machinery Ltd. set out to provide top-notch solutions to Western Canada’s industries. Likewise, Grove Processing Equipment Ltd., founded in 1947, shared a similar mission.

Both companies built strong reputations for delivering high-quality products and unparalleled expertise. In September 2006, when Mr. Donald McLeod, President of Crossman Machinery Ltd. retired, Grove Processing Equipment Ltd. saw an opportunity to merge the two companies. This union marked the birth of Grove Crossman Equipment Ltd.
